The hotel's central location in the heart of downtown makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service, being professional, helpful, and efficient. Despite the small size of the rooms, there are still windows in some of them, allowing for natural light to brighten up the space. The basic amenities provided, such as air conditioning, TV, and a wardrobe, meet the essential needs of guests.

No mention of any negative aspects. All was satisfactory.

The hotel had decent wifi and the staff were friendly, so that was a plus. The location was also convenient, close to some popular attractions and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the room was cleaned everyday which was appreciated.

The room was quite small and had no windows, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast was also quite basic with limited options, so we ended up eating out instead.
