Spent New Year’s Eve at this hotel and loved it! the staff was super friendly and the room was always clean and well-stocked. the breakfast had an amazing variety of dishes, including a delicious omelette made to order and fresh fruit. the hotel’s location was great, with easy access to nearby shops and a stunning lake view from the room. the rooftop swimming pool was an added bonus. the New Year’s celebration was also fantastic with a great ambiance and live music.

The wooden floor in the room didn’t fit perfectly, but it was barely noticeable and didn’t affect our stay at all. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely come back next year to celebrate New Year's Eve here again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations with their luxurious amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and world-class restaurant. We also enjoyed the private facilities, which were exclusive to our room. the location was convenient and it was easy to visit nearby attractions. the service provided was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the Spa & Wellness center. the treatments were not up to par with what we were expecting from a hotel of this caliber.
