Our stay at Ruby True was incredible. We arrived in the early morning after a long bus ride, and the staff went above and beyond to get us a room by 6am. The supervisor at the restaurant was extremely attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel even organized E Bikes for us, making it easy to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed having a patio to relax on in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well-cleaned, although it could use some updating. The location was convenient, just a manageable walk into town and close to some decent restaurants. The staff treated us like family, especially the manager Wah Wah who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large rooms were comfortable and the garden surrounding the bungalows was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful, respectful, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city provided a quiet and restful atmosphere. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area of New Bagan, surrounded by a peaceful and leafy garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a furnished balcony that allows you to relax and enjoy the lovely garden view. The attention to detail is impeccable, with woven walls adding a touch of local charm. The spacious bathroom is a welcome feature, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which is included in the price, offers a fantastic variety, including made-to-order eggs that are simply delicious.

Review:

The garden setting was beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing ambiance during our stay. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the wonderful pool to cool down. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

The shower in our room was a bit disappointing with its water pressure. Moreover, the hotel was a bit of a walk from the center of New Bagan.

This hotel had an amazing staff that made my stay very special. the hotel manager was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met. the service provided by the staff was top, notch, making me feel like a valued guest. Additionally, the hotel had a great happy hour with 2, for, 1 cocktails, which was a nice perk. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. a positive experience.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the room I was assigned was below standard, with a malfunctioning AC that blew directly onto the beds.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and a lovingly tended garden.
