Our stay at Ruby True was incredible. We arrived in the early morning after a long bus ride, and the staff went above and beyond to get us a room by 6am. The supervisor at the restaurant was extremely attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel even organized E Bikes for us, making it easy to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed having a patio to relax on in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well-cleaned, although it could use some updating. The location was convenient, just a manageable walk into town and close to some decent restaurants. The staff treated us like family, especially the manager Wah Wah who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel itself, though small, was well-maintained and had a perfect pool. The quiet location allowed for peaceful walks in the nearby streets. I had an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable and affected the quality of my stay. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and hardly worked in the room which made it frustrating for me as I needed to communicate with my friends and family.
