We had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were grand and the beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. We were thrilled to find that the hotel offered a happy hour with a courteous and attentive bar manager. The added bonus of a puppet show was a delightful surprise. The food was beyond delicious, and it was a rare treat to be able to enjoy a gin and tonic at the bar and have wine with our meal. The exceptional service provided by the staff was truly outstanding, making our stay even more memorable.

The current construction of a high-rise extension to the hotel, leading to some noise during the day. However, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality hotel experience.

Service was exceptional, retrieving lost sunglasses and delivering them promptly. Room was lovely with Teak wood, spacious with a big bathroom and rain shower. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was customized and delivered punctually.
