Spent my Xmas break at a hotel with an outstanding location near all the attractions. the front desk receptionist was more than helpful in arranging tours and recommending local restaurants. the pool area was perfect to relax and unwind after sightseeing. I couldn't get enough of the delicious local cuisine offered at the hotel's restaurant. Bonus point: the hotel gym was fully equipped and available 24/7.

The elevators were a bit slow and could use some updating. the rooms seemed a bit outdated and could have used some cosmetic touch-ups.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a dream come true. the exclusive amenities provided here were beyond expectation. the private facilities in the spacious rooms were truly indulgent. the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. I was thoroughly pampered at the spa & wellness centre, as the service was impeccable.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited Halal food options at the restaurant. there were several nearby restaurants that offered a wider variety of cuisines.

The hotel’s location is excellent, being in the center of town and close to all major attractions. Guests can easily walk to the theater for a night of entertainment or explore the nearby historical sites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the moat or the Old Palace grounds. The staff is friendly and eager to please, providing helpful service throughout the stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and make use of facilities like the swimming pool.

There have been some complaints about the slow service in the restaurant, with long waits for food and drinks.

Our stay at Hilton Mandalay was fantastic. The helpful staff made sure that we had a memorable experience throughout our visit. Despite a small issue with the room, the team went above and beyond to quickly resolve it and ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, and the food at the hotel was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
