We had a memorable experience at a beautiful property with amazing customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve an expensive item we forgot at the hotel. The villas floating on top of the water were adorable and we enjoyed the happy hour by the pool every night. The sunset views over the lake were breathtaking and created a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing it is perfect.

The location of the hotel is praised for its beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Guests appreciate the junior suite option for families, allowing for a relaxing and quiet stay. The pool is also a highlight, providing a place for kids to play while parents enjoy a massage.

One negative aspect mentioned is the need for water taxis to access restaurants and other facilities outside of the resort.

Spent a lovely Xmas at a resort with great facilities and welcoming staff. The cabins were clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the lake and cozy balconies. The resort also offered a nice pool for relaxation. we enjoyed the fact that we could purchase snacks and drinks for our cabin, making it more convenient.

Overall our stay was pleasant, however, some tours arranged by the resort were quite pricey, and we found the aircon to be a bit weak. It was also a bit noisy due to the boats passing by, but this was not a major issue for us.

Staff and management were accommodating and worked around my unpredictable schedule. Location on the lake with beautiful views. Nice facilities and comfortable, rustic rooms with both indoor and outdoor showers. Lovely stay overall and definitely recommended for others visiting the area.
