The staff of this hotel were very friendly and always willing to help us. We really appreciated the fact that they provided us with free breakfast every morning, which was quite tasty. The hotel was located in a convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the décor of the room was quite nice.

We were disappointed with our room as it was not properly cleaned and smelled badly. We also had problems with the Wi-Fi connection, as it kept disconnecting and the signal was weak. We were also sad to note that the restaurant did not offer many vegetarian options on the menu. we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great location with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in for us. The spacious room and comfortable beds made our stay delightful. The hotel's swimming pool and lovely garden provided a relaxing retreat. The manager made us feel valued as guests, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in New Bagan.
