There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were caring and attentive, even when I was ill. The location was secluded with stunning lake views. The room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities included a swimming pool, gym, and bicycle rental. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with many choices.

We had a remarkable experience at Sofitel. The location, right by the beautiful lake, created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The Lake View Room was simply breathtaking, offering a stunning vista and a refreshing breeze. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent service, especially the waiter at the Roots restaurant who immediately offered my partner a fresh pot of Honey Ginger Tea when she had an upset stomach. The hotel's boat tour services were also a highlight, offering a delightful and enjoyable experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

My Easter vacation was amazing! the view was absolutely stunning and I loved how the hotel incorporated the natural surroundings into its design. the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, with a great selection of both local and international dishes. I also appreciated the complimentary boat tour, which gave me a unique perspective on the local way of life.

The hotel was quite far from town, so getting around was a bit of a challenge. I wish there had been a shuttle service to make it easier for guests.

The WiFi and phone services inside the rooms can be inconsistent and sometimes non-existent, which may cause inconvenience for guests who rely on these amenities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way , from luxurious room amenities to exceptional service. the outdoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre are a must, visit, with exclusive treatments available.

The only downside is the hotel's location further away from the town, but it is easily offset by the private facilities such as a scenic lake view from every room. this venue is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

We loved the range of facilities and activities available at the resort. The karaoke and casino options were a great source of entertainment for us, as people who enjoy such experiences.

We felt instantly welcomed into the Sofitel Inle Lake Myat Min family, and we have no complaints whatsoever.
