The location was ideal, right in the heart of Old Bagan surrounded by pagodas and temples. It was a short walk to beautiful ancient areas and relics, and also a quick drive to the main strip of restaurants and bars. The hotel had a fantastic pool area and the staff were exceptionally attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Transportation options, like taxis and tuk-tuks, were affordable and easily accessible.

All was perfect.

Lo staff, in particolare il signor Ahmad, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, aiutandoci anche con alcune richieste tramite email. La colazione a buffet era ottima e offriva una varietà di cibi sia indiani che internazionali. During my recent stay at The Hotel @ Tharabar Gate, I had a wonderful experience exploring the ancient city of Bagan. The location was perfect, with the major pagodas just a stone's throw away. The lush green surroundings created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a seating area outside. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, it was decent and satisfactory.

One standout situation was when I fell ill with a tummy bug and had to rely on hotel meals. Although the food options were limited, especially for vegetarians like myself, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cottage type rooms provided us with a private and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to remarkable pagodas. We were able to rent e-bikes right in front of the hotel, allowing us to explore most of the old Bagan areas. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but definitely worth trying. The tea leaf salad, a local cuisine, was our favorite. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation options, and breakfast were all top-notch. The staff spoke excellent English and were always ready to assist with our requests.

The location couldn't be better - it's right near the famous Ananda temple and the Bagan archaeological area, making it perfect for exploring historic sights. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist us with any needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and the beautiful garden area, which provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers a range of facilities and services, including room service, car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here! The location of this place couldn't have been better - right next to the most beautiful temples and with plenty of good restaurants and a shop across the road. The staff here were so kind and friendly, they made us feel right at home. The rooms were huge and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The highlight for us was the pool area - it was so relaxing and perfect for cooling off. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the spa, which was fantastic. we highly recommend this place to everyone!
