The staff was amazing and super helpful - shoutout to Nakale and the team! Our chalet facing the desert was lovely, and the food was delicious – especially loved the cake and afternoon tea. the WiFi was free and fast, even from our room. the pool and sun loungers were perfect for chilling, but I just wish we'd stayed longer! 🌵.

Great Customer Service and Stunning Location

The customer service at the lodge was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the location in the middle of the desert offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. the only downside was the intermittent WiFi connection, but the overall experience overshadowed this minor inconvenience.

The staff at the lodge were absolutely superb, going ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a memorable stay. From the excellent service by Paul to the helpful reception team, along with delicious food and accommodating dietary needs, our family was truly impressed. the clean and comfortable rooms provided a great view of the desert, and the afternoon cake and tea/coffee added a delightful touch. Free and fast Wi-Fi extended even to our chalet, making it easy to stay connected. a fantastic experience with top-notch service and amenities.
