The Bush Pillow Guest House in Otjiwarongo, Namibia, was a pleasant surprise during our trip. the hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for their comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, with amenities like a ceiling fan and a fridge in our room. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to help us book a table at a nearby restaurant. Speaking of which, the hotel's location near an excellent restaurant was a huge bonus. It was so convenient to have such delicious dining options within walking distance. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delightful, leaving us feeling well-fed and ready for the day ahead.

The location of the guest house was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and an excellent restaurant within walking distance. The guest house was nestled in a nice garden, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room was spacious, with double French windows allowing ample natural light. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower.

The hospitality at the guest house seemed lacking, with the owners not being very welcoming or accommodating.

Our stay at Bush Pillow was delightful. The cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the morning. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this guest house. a great experience.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bedding was fresh and the air conditioning was strong. Breakfast was good, with various options available. The location was within walking distance to shops for convenience.

The bathroom's warm water tap did not work, and there were no adapter plugs for the kettle. Maintenance was poor.
