The restaurant served delicious food, and we especially enjoyed trying the game steak for the first time. The bar had a wide selection of drinks, and we found it to be a great place to relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the Game Steak and the Canyon Perspective Burger. We loved spending time by the well-maintained swimming pool. The communal buildings, including the bar and restaurant, were well-equipped and the self-contained chalets looked great. The campsite had private sites with shade trees and clean ablution blocks. And the views from the nearby plateau were breathtaking.

Each campsite had its own private space, and the level pitches with electricity, water, and a braai were top-notch. The ablution block was impeccably clean, and the swimming pool and bar/restaurant were just a short 2-minute walk away. The quirky decor with car memorabilia added to the charm of the site. The staff were incredibly charming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. There was also a beautiful hiking trail around the site, and it was conveniently located near the Hobas viewing point for the stunning Fish River Canyon.

The wifi worked great during the day, although it was a bit slower at night. Despite the number of campers, each site felt private and we enjoyed the short walk to the plateau for beautiful views of the area. The staff was incredibly charming and helpful throughout our stay.
