I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Windhoek. The attention to detail at this place was outstanding. From the smallest things in the room to the quality and size of the equipment, everything was perfect. The staff, especially the manager Paulette, were extremely kind and professional. The location of the hotel in the city centre was excellent, close to Maerua Mall and other businesses. The room had a small kitchenette with a fridge, which was very convenient for self-catering. Plus, there was a Nespresso machine for that extra touch of luxury. And let's not forget the comfortable beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. a great value for money stay.

All in all, I couldn't find a single flaw during my stay.

The rooms were spacious, with nice bathrooms and plenty of facilities. the location was great, close to restaurants and transport. the breakfast was more than enough, with two complementary facts offered. We enjoyed the fridge and microwave in the room.

We had a miserable time on the first night, the reception was noisy, the room was not comfortable, and the TV had limited channels. On New Year's Day, most of the staff seemed to be off duty, and we were left to our devices.
