We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the convenient parking and the partnership with a taxi company, which made transportation a breeze. The location was perfect, right across the road from The Grove Mall where we enjoyed high quality fresh meals from SuperSpar and shopped at Virgin Active. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was comfortable.

The hotel's location is a definite plus, as it is conveniently situated right across the biggest mall in Namibia. This makes shopping and dining options easily accessible for guests. One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was the lack of fresh fruit and cold warm food at breakfast.

My recent stay at Town Lodge was a pleasant experience overall. The location, just a few minutes from the mall, was convenient. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and some of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I must mention that the size of the bedroom was quite small for two people, and the space could have been better utilized. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues, such as the bathroom door not shutting properly and the bedside reading lights not working.
