The tents had comfortable beds, spacious interiors, and full mosquito nets. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was tasty and the prices were great, offering excellent value for money. The pub restaurant served delicious food and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location had a unique and special charm.

Had a great xmas stay here! The tented camp was surprisingly comfortable with clean and modern facilities. Loved the convenience of the shared bathroom being close to our tent. The camp area felt safe and secure. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant and the refreshing swimming pool with sunbeds. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Would definitely stay again!

As a solo traveler, it was a bit difficult to meet new people. The bar/restaurant seemed to be more popular among locals, making it challenging to socialize as a non-local.

We stayed 2 nights at Urban Camp: our first night in Namibia on the campsite with our rental 4*4 when we arrived and the last night before flying. The staff helped us call the flight company when our luggage was lost. The superior tent was perfect for resting after a long journey. The pre-erected tents had all the amenities needed and the shower blocks were impressive. Friendly and helpful staff, tidy showers, and a cozy communal area. They serve great food and have a good laundry service. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, homemade pancakes, and good coffee.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a great time at Urban Camp. The environment is relaxed and chilled, with affordable and delicious food and drinks. The staff, especially Mirijam, Neige, and Pam, provided excellent customer care with friendly words, warm smiles. The tents are incredibly comfy with nice amenities like a minibar, hammock, and chairs to watch the stars. The location is central and within walking distance of tourist attractions. The architecture and decoration are charming, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. a fantastic experience.

The location is great, with some interesting places to see nearby like Joe's and the Christuskirche. The rooms were comfortable and we had a fantastic flow of hot water in the showers. The staff was fabulous, always smiling and ready to help.

The atmosphere could be uncomfortable at times due to the presence of drunk individuals causing disturbances.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at a campground in Windhoek. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with a shopping area nearby and a popular restaurant just steps away. We also appreciated the spacious tents and ample car parking. a highly recommended place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this quirky camp. The tents were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed like a fan, mosquito net, and fridge. The private terrace was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent, with a fun cereal show. The camp was clean and well-maintained. We loved the peaceful surroundings and the small pool. The camp also had secure parking and fair WiFi.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints at all.
