Beautiful, traditional Newari house with stylish decorations and artwork. Electric blankets and heaters provided for cold winter nights. Comfy beds for a good night's sleep. Accommodating staff who were supportive and caring. Helped with arranging medical help when I fell ill. Allowed me to keep my room longer. Amazing hospitality that made me feel at home.

Inadequate insulation against weather and noise due to original windowed doors. Relentless and unsupervised neighborhood dogs causing disturbance throughout the day and night.
