I had an amazing stay in a modern hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, on a small street but close to the main busy street with night life. It was convenient to pop into a shop and get a Nepalese SIM card. The room was immaculate, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast was cooked to order, and the staff at the hotel shared their culture and experiences, making me feel at home. a fantastic stay with a friendly atmosphere.

That the rooms got a little damp, which is common in the area. A dehumidifier would have been a great addition to improve the overall experience.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful. Convenient location for sightseeing. Great value for the price.

The value for money at Flying Yak was excellent, with clean and well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds, and modern en-suite shower rooms. The location in the heart of Thamel was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the menu for breakfast, as the juice options were ordinary and not freshly made.

The location was great, with a lovely roof deck and comfortable beds with AC. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation assistance, and friendly staff were the highlights of my stay.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, better than any I've slept on in Nepal. the shower was powerful and warm, a welcome luxury. the location was great, situated in a quiet corner but still close to all the shops and restaurants in the area.

Some of the staff seemed a bit inept and clueless when it came to giving advice or directions. the WiFi was weak in the dormitories on the top floor, although it was strong in the lobby.

Our thanksgiving weekend was awesome! the hotel staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. One of the best aspects of our stay was the complimentary breakfast and happy hour that happened every day. They made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was also located in a prime location, close to all the attractions and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the city. Another benefit was the comfortable rooms with well-maintained facilities, providing us with a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The occasional shortage of cold water in the shower, which was always solved promptly. the laundry service was quite expensive, and we ended up paying more than expected for a fast wash, so be sure to get it done early in the morning.
