Excellent service from Rojina and Mr. T P Gurund, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet dinner was delicious and the driver provided for our airport transfer was friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location, with a clean street and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and good service. Clean room with good amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Room was a bit old and smelly, could use some renovation. Rates seemed expensive for the service and room type.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel. It was right in the center and within walking distance from everything we wanted to explore. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of having Western restaurants nearby, such as KFC, Wimpy, and Pizza Hut.

From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and prompt. The room was beautifully decorated, with exclusive amenities that added a luxurious feel to our stay. One feature that stood out was the relaxing sauna in the private facilities. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. this hotel exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic choice for our leisure trip.

Although the service was efficient, the staff missed the opportunity to generate a positive vibe by not greeting guests with a smile. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly impact our overall experience.
