From providing information about the city to arranging taxis, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel had great amenities like cable TV, good wifi, comfortable beds, and daily bottled water. The breakfast had a nice variety and the rooftop terrace was a lovely touch. The location was perfect – close to everything but away from the busy Thamel area. We can't say enough about the hospitable and warm staff. Definitely recommend Bliss International!

This hotel has the perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and a smooth check-in/out process. The onsite restaurant is excellent and the owner went above and beyond by returning a forgotten item to the airport.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We stayed in the heart of the city center, which made it easy to go around the sites. the breakfast was diverse and included both Nepalese and continental cuisine. the staff was kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.

The room was a bit dated and could use a refresh. there was no elevator which made it a bit hard to climb the stairs with heavy bags.
