The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the room's WiFi, but they quickly resolved it and made sure we were satisfied. The rooftop views of the city and mountains were breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and breathtaking views.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail. The location was perfect for what we wanted - away from busy roads but less than a 5 minute walk to the heart of the bustling area. The hotel itself was wonderful and also quiet during the night. The rooms were spacious, had a good bathroom with a hot shower, and even provided tea and coffee facilities and a big TV. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were sufficient. The breakfast was impressive, with a huge range of options to choose from. it was a great experience.

I recently stayed at Blue Horizon in Thamel for a short trip. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the shops but still quiet. The staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to help. They even arranged a taxi to the airport at a good rate and gave me breakfast to go for my early departure. The breakfast had a great variety including a delicious masala omelette. The hotel had reliable wifi, hot showers, and comfortable beds. The rooftop was a nice place to relax and enjoy the sun. great value for money.

The value for money at Blue Horizon was excellent, with a large and clean room, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast in a peaceful garden area. The hotel's location in a quieter part of Thamel, yet still within walking distance to restaurants and attractions, was perfect. The manager, Puspa, went out of his way to assist us with booking taxis and flights, and even checked in on us to ensure our safety during our trek.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was adding more variety to the menu, such as different types of bread or cereal options.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the warm welcome and informative staff. They quickly checked us in and provided details about the WiFi and breakfast for the next morning. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and having 24-hour hot water was a great advantage. The location was perfect, situated near Thamel Street and in close proximity to the Garden of Dreams. Additionally, there was a highly recommended pizza restaurant nearby. The staff was friendly and entertaining, making our stay enjoyable. They even arranged our transportation to the airport, ensuring a safe journey.

The only downside was the unstable WiFi connection. It was frequently lost due to the weather conditions, but it usually reconnected within a few minutes.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a fridge, bath, and big windows. The peaceful garden and quiet area were a welcome change from the bustling Thamel. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
