They even arranged affordable tours for me and arranged transportation with their reliable taxi service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location near the lake and in the tourist zone was ideal, offering stunning views of the Himalayas. The hotel is conveniently located in the tourist zone, just a short walk from the center. It is situated opposite Phewa Lake, with easy access to Basundhara Park, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views. The staff are attentive and go out of their way to offer exceptional service, as mentioned by guests who received complimentary coffee upon arrival. the breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from and the hotel provides great WiFi connectivity. The building itself is architecturally beautiful and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

The noise from the ongoing building extension during our stay was quite bothersome.

The rooftop dining at kausi 360 was absolutely breathtaking, and my room's private sky view made me feel like I owned the universe! Definitely coming back.

Loved how the windows let all the noise in, it was like having a concert in my room! And the "shower" soaking the whole bathroom?

Great location near main area, not noisy. Outstanding service from manager, helped book paragliding and gave free suite upgrade when fully booked. Clean rooms, all facilities available, staff welcoming and helpful. Perfect for amenities and immigration office. Delightful terrace with mountain views.

We loved the friendly staff, from the manager to the security guard, they were all extremely helpful. The hotel's location by the lake with beautiful views was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast served was homely and delicious. Additionally, the hotel had plenty of shops nearby for any miscellaneous items we needed.

I spent a fantastic weekend at a hotel in Pokhara. the service was absolutely amazing. the staff was always available and ready to help me with anything I needed. the variety of dishes and the quality of the ingredients were impressive. the views from the hotel were breathtaking. I could see the mountains and the city from my room. It was fantastic!

The only negative aspects of my stay were the size of the room, which was a bit too small for me, and the noisy air conditioning. the bed was also not very comfortable, and I had trouble sleeping at night.
