The location of the hotel is in the heart of Thamel, but in a very quiet place. It is close to many travel centers, restaurants, and shopping sites. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast provided a tasty variety of choices. The staff, especially the young guy at the reception named Anmol, were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful with information about the area.

I recently stayed at Hotel Jampa for a week and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was modern and clean. The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere in the garden. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning.

The service was amazing, from the room service to the shuttle drivers, who even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. They also provided tours and tickets for local attractions. The room amenities were fantastic, including tea & coffee facilities, mini-bar, flat-screen TV, in-room safe. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area and snack bar, and the staff were always on hand to help out with anything we needed.
