The location was mind-blowing! Just a short walk to Thamel and right by the Garden of Dreams, it was super convenient. The staff were jaw-droppingly helpful and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and even though they weren't cleaned daily, the staff made it easy to get it done when needed. The value for money was excellent!

The bed was nice and comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was great, just on the side of a well-known hotel. This was convenient because I could easily access nearby attractions and amenities. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always offering me tea or coffee.

The receptionist I dealt with had a very rude attitude when I expressed my discomfort with the room I was initially given, as it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. He became angry and refused to accommodate my request for a different room.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, it was perfectly located just a short walk away from the main shopping street. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and assisted us in organizing all of our activities. The room was clean and cozy, with a great shower. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a nice variety of options. Plus, the hotel was tucked away on a quiet street, so we were able to get a good night's sleep.

Traveling to Nepal for the EBC trekking, I had an amazing stay at Magnificent Hotel. The location was perfect, close to the main shopping street in Thamel. The staff, especially Ganga, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They offered guidance and even allowed me to store my bag for free during my trek. The spacious and clean room had a great shower, and the breakfast was satisfying. I would happily return to this hotel for future visits to Nepal.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who assisted me with a smile all the time. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main attractions and in the heart of the action. the Indian style food was terrific and the car rental service was very helpful.

the breakfast was mediocre compared to other hotels I have stayed at during my travels. the limited options of only eggs, toast, and tea/coffee wasn't fulfilling, and I expected more variety for this festive season.

Our check-in process at Magnificent Hotel was smooth and the duty manager, Ganga Hari, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, and the entire staff was courteous and friendly. The dining area had a great ambiance and the food and restaurant service were both excellent. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money. We would highly recommend Magnificent Hotel to all travelers and would definitely stay here again.

He seemed to prioritize serving western guests and made no effort to engage with us. His attitude was somewhat arrogant and he intentionally avoided us.
