They even assisted me in finding accessible ATM's and organized tours. The location in the heart of Thamel was convenient, and the inclusive breakfast and tea options were a treat. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a TV and a private bathroom. The hotel also offered currency exchange services, making it convenient for guests.

Felt truly spoiled, no reason to complain.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Thamel area. The location was perfect, being near the center of Thamel, the main tourist hub. The staff provided excellent service, attending to all my needs with superb hospitality. The rooms were comfortable, with great hot water and an excellent shower. The free wifi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast offered unlimited filter coffee, which was a delightful way to start the day.

All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

Spent Christmas at this amazing hotel and loved it! the staff were super friendly and welcoming and offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location was perfect for shopping and exploring the local sights.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options including fresh eggs made to order. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and hot water available 24/7.
