The hotel had incredible views, spacious and comfortable rooms, a cool and clean pool, and excellent food.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the Himalayas. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The washrooms in the rooms were quite small, and the interior decoration of the rooms didn't meet my expectations considering the cost. Additionally, it was a bit difficult for older people to get to the rooms as there was no elevator service below the B2 level.

The room upgrade provided by the friendly staff at the front desk was awesome. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, with a nice view balcony. The food always tasted great and came in generous portions. The breakfast service was excellent, with reminders to ensure we didn't miss out. We really enjoyed our short stay and plan to visit again.

The moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was greeted by panoramic vistas of majestic peaks, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant flora. The natural beauty surrounding Mystic Mountain Hotel was simply unrivaled.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a longer check-in process and a room mix-up, the staff were quick to address these issues and rectify them to the best of their abilities. Despite these small hiccups, the overall experience at Mystic Mountain Hotel was exceptional.

Located in the hills, this hotel offers stunning views of the mountains from the balcony of the well-appointed rooms. The staff's efficient and professional service makes for a comfortable stay and even offers various activities such as yoga, mountain bike tours, and spa treatments. Breakfast and dinner are both high quality with a wide variety of options available to guests.

The walkway to the north rooms from the main building can become slippery when wet, so caution should be exercised when walking on it.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a breathtaking hotel in Nagarkot. The first thing I absolutely loved about this place was the incredible view. From my room's balcony, I could see majestic peaks, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant flora - it was truly surreal. Another aspect that impressed me was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of things that could be improved. I noticed that the cleanliness of the windows and common areas could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at Mystic Mountain in the Kathmandu Valley. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, spanning 80 miles over the majestic Everest and Annapurna ranges. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, especially at the front desk and restaurant. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the room service was available 24/7 with great choices. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, and we particularly loved the hand loofah in the bathroom. a truly mesmerizing experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel in the mountains and I must say, it was truly a special experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with open arms and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The service was top-notch, with the manager and receptionist being particularly helpful and friendly. They even took the initiative to call the airlines when my luggage got left behind, making sure it reached me as soon as possible.

The parking was convenient, and the hotel provided transportation up to the mountain, which was a great relief. The location on top of the mountain provided breathtaking views, especially from our balcony. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The design and balcony views are impressive. Every detail in the architecture and interior design is thoughtful. The staff is attentive and dedicated. The location feels remote yet close to Kathmandu. The facilities offer a variety of activities like spa, gym, tennis, and pool.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The food was delicious and we especially loved trying the local dish called Mo mo. The hotel also offered a drop-off service for transportation to the city, which was very convenient.

Our stay here was by far one of the best we’ve had in so many places we’ve travelled to. The hotel is located around 42km away from TIA airport. The ride there was the most bumpiest ride we’ve ever had as the path was totally ruined. But once we got to the hotel it was HEAVEN. Amazed how the owner had imagined putting such luxury in the mountains so high!! The room was very spacious, especially the private terrace was a plus to enjoy the beautiful view. The entertainment offered by the hotel was perfect. The hotel is really big and it offers some hidden spot to enjoy your coffee/drink in peace without being too exposed to the crowd. The food we ordered during our stay was 100% delicious, especially the Mo mo and the duck and grilled pork. The staff were friendly and professional, and Mr. Umesh, the manager, was especially helpful. The rooms and views were stunning. we absolutely loved the place and we didn't want to leave! We highly recommend it to everyone.
