The breakfast may have been disappointing, but the curry buffet was a highlight. the pool provides a refreshing way to cool down on hot days.

The aggressive sales tactics of one staff member were a drawback, and their cynical remarks towards guests should be handled more tactfully.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a peaceful area just a bit away from the center. The inner garden was clean and a great place to relax, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with a bank card problem. The pool was a perfect way to cool down on hot days. I highly recommend this hotel!

Spent my Christmas break at a hotel in Sauraha and it was amazing! the gardens were so beautiful and well-maintained, plus the staff were super friendly and accommodating. the rooms had both a ceiling fan and an air conditioner which kept us cool despite the warm weather outside. Plus, the food was really great! They offered buffets with a variety of options that were sure to please everyone. Another perk was that the hotel was located close to the park so it was easy to explore and see the wildlife.

That the power kept going out every now and then, but they did have a generator that kicked in quickly. the pool could have been cleaned more as there were some leaves and debris due to the nearby grassland burnings.

Beautiful garden, amazing pool, clean and comfortable room, informative and skilled guide, friendly staff, good food.
