The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful with printing boarding passes, arranging transportation, and storing belongings before trekking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some having a bathtub for trekkers with sore feet. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the view from the balcony is splendid. This hotel is perfect for bigger groups of friends.

It's very near the lake, offering breathtaking views of the mountains when the clouds aren't there. The room is spacious, with a lovely view, and the bathroom is nice-sized. The staff is super nice and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of dishes. Additionally, the hotel offers services such as tourist bus reservations and trekking information, making it very convenient for travelers.

The electricity power can occasionally go off, but that seems to be a common occurrence in Nepal.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the heart of Pokhara by the lake and surrounded by snow-peaked mountains like Annapurna 1 is simply breathtaking. The service from the friendly staff was impeccable, and the basic amenities provided met all our needs. The rooms, with their stunning views from the balcony, exceeded our expectations, and the special decorations added a lovely touch. The highlight was definitely the bath in the room, absolute heaven! And to top it all off, the included breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

All was perfect during our stay.
