We had a great time during our Easter vacation at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast was really good, and we loved the fact that we could order more items without any extra charge. the location was perfect, close to the lake, restaurants, and souvenir shops.

it was difficult to carry our heavy luggage up to the higher floors as there was no lift. there were occasional power cuts that affected our plans.

The hotel provided a comfortable room with a separate balcony, allowing for relaxation and privacy. The room was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The staff were cooperative and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh juice, coffee, fruits, eggs, and bread. Additionally, the hotel provided strong Wi-Fi, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Boating trip was super fun. Ideal place for a relaxing night after a long trek. Everything conveniently located nearby. Interiors designed for rest and restoration. Paragliding flights offer breathtaking views.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the bustling tourist area, but tucked away on a quiet side road. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide information. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel also offered a decent breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a karaoke bar and casino for entertainment.

Some guests may find it inconvenient that the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, requiring them to go out for meals.

Friendly staff, helpful manager, clean rooms with tea/coffee facilities, efficient air conditioning. Good location near town centre and bus station. Offered quiet room and cooked dinner at minimal cost. Owners Jagdish and Sakuntala were friendly and interesting to talk to.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it's off the busy streets but only a short walk from the lake. It is quietly situated in a nearby alley, providing a peaceful environment. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully furnished, with great balcony views of the Himalayas. The staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests and organize activities during their stay. The breakfast provided is ample, delicious, and offers a variety of fresh ingredients.

We had a wonderful stay at Spring. the General Manager, Mr Jagdish, made us feel at home right from the start. the staff was incredibly supportive and the room was spacious and comfortable. the hotel's location on a peaceful street was exactly what we were looking for, but it was still just a 5-minute walk from downtown Lakeside. We loved having street shops, travel agents, restaurants, and more within close proximity. the value for the price we paid was exceptional, and we wish Mr Jagdish the best in his future ventures.
