Loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant, free parking, and a bar. Also, enjoyed the continental breakfast and the cozy terrace. The airport shuttle service was definitely worth the money. Cons: Oh, did I mention the unstable internet? Such a delight.

We were impressed by the 24/7 hot water shower with great water pressure and temperature. The room was clean, with fresh linen and towels provided. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the room.

The restaurant at the hotel was reasonably priced, making it convenient for meals.

That the room I initially booked turned out to be smaller and without a proper window compared to what was shown in the photos. Although they offered an upgrade, it was overpriced, so I decided to settle with the smaller room.

They were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Additionally, the location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to everything.

No non-smoking rooms, so the smell can come into your room. Lack of soundproofing, which can lead to noise disturbances.

the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel has a lovely cafe with delicious food and a beautiful garden. Despite the lack of an elevator, the staff member kindly helped me with my suitcase. the level of support at this hotel is worth the slightly higher price tag, as they ensure that any issues are promptly solved.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Thamel district, and I was very impressed with my experience. the location was fantastic - just a few minutes' walk from Thamel Marg. This meant that I was right in the heart of the action, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment I was picked up from the airport, I felt extremely welcomed and well taken care of. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the rooms with a balcony, as they offered a wonderful view of the city. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others visiting the area.
