The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a city trip.

WiFi was a bit unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. Some of the staff members had limited English skills, which occasionally made communication challenging.
