Hot showers were a welcome feature during the winter season. Excursions were available but not pushy.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and transportation hubs. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a city trip.

WiFi was a bit unreliable at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. Some of the staff members had limited English skills, which occasionally made communication challenging.
