I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled amidst picturesque surroundings that provide a sense of serenity and tranquility. It truly is a hidden gem. The staff at this venue went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, providing exceptional service with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome drink, setting the tone for a delightful experience. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable, while the mini-bar provided a variety of refreshments. The spacious sitting area and terrace were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the breathtaking views. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a clean and tidy room at all times. The hotel also offered convenient services such as car hire and airport shuttle, making transportation hassle-free.

During my Xmas holidays, the scenery was beautiful, the rooms were nice, and the food was good. They had some interesting activities there which was a bonus. The hotel was in a remote location so that meant it was a peaceful place with no outside noise disturbing our vacation. A Wi-Fi connection, though slow, was to be had.

Google maps was of no use, and the road to the hotel was complex, narrow and full of potholes, so it took nearly 45 minutes to reach there. The hotel's inability to handle our group of 17 was evident, they just couldn't cope.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and cozy beds. The staff provides decent service and the breakfast options are satisfying. The hotel also offers facilities like a swimming pool and a gym for guests to enjoy.

The signage to find the hotel could be improved.
