Convenient Location, Multilingual Staff, Welcoming Decor

During New Year's Eve, we decided to book a stay at this hotel due to its prime location. the hotel's multilingual staff made us feel welcomed and the decor of the hotel was inviting.

Our stay was not without issues. while the location and multilingual staff were a plus, the issues we had with the room and additional fees made our experience less enjoyable.
