Beautiful hotel with polite staff and fantastic facilities. Gorgeous grounds, tranquil environment, and clean rooms. Wide variety of delicious food and helpful assistance. Great view of mountains. Ideal for a peaceful retreat or before/after exploring the countryside.

We had a wonderful stay at Summit Hotel. The lovely garden courtyard with a soothing water fountain was a highlight. The breakfast on the terrace was delightful, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The pool was well-maintained and the pool attendant was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the fridge provided in our room upon request.

There were a few drawbacks. The water pressure in the shower was terribly low, making it quite an ordeal.

The hotel was a beautiful oasis, with stunning grounds and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city from the rooftop. the location was convenient, situated between the CBD, Thamel, and Patan Durbar Square. I also enjoyed the outdoor dining and drinking spaces, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Although the staff were generally attentive, there were a few instances where the service did not meet my expectations, particularly at the front desk and restaurant hostess. It would be beneficial for all staff to receive training in client service.

The dining facilities were excellent, offering a variety of dining options both indoors and outdoors. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of Nepali and continental cuisine, with delicious customizable omelets. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel allowed currency exchange at a fair rate. the location in Patan was perfect, being quieter and easier to navigate than Kathmandu. Additionally, the hotel had beautiful, well, maintained grounds.

The room temperature control was a bit inconvenient, as the heating and air, conditioning unit had to be controlled using a remote that required a clear line of sight. the hotel could improve on this aspect to make it more user, friendly.

I got great value for my money, with clean and tidy rooms at Summit. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff were always welcoming, polite, and helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they added more Asian food options alongside Western and European dishes.

Furthermore, the hotel is situated in an absolutely beautiful garden that offers a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
