The hotel is located in a quiet yet central area, just two blocks from the main tourist district. The staff organized airport transfers and provided an excellent guide. English-speaking staff made communication easy.

Such an amazing place! the rooms were clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We loved the fact that they provided complimentary toiletries and also that the location was very close to shopping and restaurants; it was so convenient! the staff was also very hospitable and helpful with recommendations, which was greatly appreciated.

The hotel's transportation services were a bit disorganized, especially the hiking tour. We had to wait for more than an hour for their car to arrive and ended up being double charged for the guide.
