Beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful staff. Excellent food sourced from a local family farm. Stunning views and activities. A hidden gem worth staying at.

Had a marvellous time during thanksgiving. the facilities offered were amazing. the food provided was delicious and fresh, especially the fruits and nuts. Further, the location of the hotel was perfect, with breathtaking views of nature. the activities provided by the hotel, such as hiking, spa treatments and cooking classes, were enjoyable.

The hotel lacked clear signage, making it difficult to navigate and find certain areas. the room temperature was too cold despite adjusting the air conditioning to its maximum level.

Staying here was an exclusive experience with lavish amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the exceptional service provided by the staff made me feel like royalty. the Spa & Wellness Centre was one of the highlights of this hotel with various treatments and private facilities that provided me with ultimate relaxation. the Sauna, Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were impeccable. the Sun terrace and Garden area offered breathtaking views that I will always cherish. the Restaurant served exquisite organic produce that was sourced from the venue's own gardens. In-room breakfast was an exquisite experience that made me feel pampered.

My only minor issue was that the Outdoor swimming pool could have been maintained a bit better. this did not detract from my amazing experience at this hotel.
