The cleanliness of the public areas such as the floors and corridors leading to the rooms was lacking and could do with some attention. there is no on-site parking available, requiring guests to use nearby paid car parks.

The staff at Boutique Hotel Jersey were extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the city. The hotel has modernized facilities, including a great restaurant for breakfast, drinks, snacks, and dinner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice large flat-screen TV and a good shower. I had a pleasant stay at Boutique Hotel Jersey and would recommend it.
