I can’t believe the dirty glasses in my Junior Suite. Almost disgusting, I expected at least clean ones. The outdated bathroom was just an insult, with mold everywhere. I guess a simple complimentary gesture, like an upgrade or a bottle of water, would have sufficed. I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t.

Outstanding breakfast buffet offered a great selection.

I faced several disappointments during my stay. The temperature of the bath water was inconsistent, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing soak. Additionally, there were no conditioner or individual shampoo items provided in the room, which I found surprising for a hotel of this stature. Coupled with a flood incident mentioned by the staff, I felt my experience lacked the comfort and service quality I expected.

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Freshly baked bread and a good variety of options made every morning special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful!

However, the bathroom setup was quite odd. the shower curtain kept sticking to me. I also faced some issues with the water temperature, which could be tricky. A little frustrating.

Seriously outdated room decor and furnishings!!! The cleanliness standards need a serious upgrade — dirty sinks and inadequate housekeeping were evident!!! Long check-in times also leave much to be desired!!!

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff even offered me a cold drink during my first stay, which I still remember fondly. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'm definitely coming back for a weekend.

Perfect for our group trip. We enjoyed biking around the nearby parks and checking out local hiking trails. Great breakfast for a small fee and friendly staff. Conveniently located near the train station with a nice bar for snacks and drinks.

One downside was the cleanliness of our room. the sink had some brown staining which wasn't addressed during our stay. That was frustrating.

great location right across from the train station, clean public areas , and adequate room size. the reception staff were friendly and really helpful. lots of convenient dining options nearby, too.

this hotel is pretty nice, we had a big room and the staff were super friendly. loved the indoor pool and the breakfast had a good variety of stuff. the location by the train station was a huge plus too, really convenient. the bar was cozy and open late, which was great for post-concert drinks. overall, a comfy spot to chill after exploring maastricht.
