The shower curtain didn't close properly, resulting in a wet bathroom floor.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this family hotel. the size of the room was great, fitting our family of five with ease. the facilities on offer were fantastic, especially the numerous sports activities. we enjoyed the excellent breakfast served at this hotel.

The beds were too soft for us, and we didn't find them very comfortable. the room decor was lacking and gave off an impersonal vibe with plain white walls and basic furniture.
