We loved the amazing views from our top floor room and the luxurious spa bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. The hotel is close to the Newcastle ferry terminal and there is a bus to go to Amsterdam every half hour. The beach is just around the corner with cozy beach bars and a sporty vibe.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in IJmuiden near the beach. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. The breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, and the pumpkin soup was a standout. We were pleasantly surprised by how dog-friendly the hotel was, with many furry friends staying on our corridor. The nearby restaurant café with a log burning stove was a cozy and highly recommended spot. we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is located very near the ferry port, making it convenient for travelers arriving by ferry. It is also right next door to the beach, allowing guests easy access to the sea and beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast area is modern and recently renovated, offering practical individual packed breakfast items like mini muffins and donuts.

The service in the restaurant was mediocre, as guests were required to have a reservation even when the place was empty.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped rooms with great views of the seaside. The restaurant had decent food options and aesthetically pleasing serving. We also appreciated the small gift we received during our stay.

While the hotel can be expensive, it seems to be on par with other nearby cities. However, we did not appreciate being charged extra for our dogs upon arrival, with no prior notification.

Moreover, the restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the creme brulee is the best I've ever had. it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back.
