During my recent stay, I had a wonderful experience at Best Western. the staff, especially Ms. Chrisma and Ms. Saarah, went above and beyond my expectations. They provided me with a better view room and even left a thoughtful welcome note in my room. the hotel's location was also excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was only 2 stops away from Amsterdam Central station, making it convenient for exploring the city. there was a large Deen Supermarket right beside the hotel, which was very convenient.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Best Western! The location near the Zaandam train station was so convenient for exploring Amsterdam. We loved being able to easily hop on a train and be in the city center in just 13 minutes. Plus, having a fridge in the room allowed us to stock up on snacks from the nearby Deen store. The hotel even offered e-bike rentals, which we took advantage of and had a great time exploring the beautiful countryside. Despite some thin walls, the noise levels were manageable at night. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our group of four, with a suite that had two separate sleeping areas and a small kitchenette. The location was great, being just a five-minute walk from the train station and with really nice surroundings. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms reserved for us were comfortable and had a nice view over the main car park.

All in all, our stay was great and there wasn't anything that could be improved.

During our stay at Best Western, there was a fire alarm accident at midnight. Although it was a chaotic situation, the firefighters handled it efficiently and ensured everyone's safety. Despite the rough procedure, we were impressed by the hotel's commitment to guest safety. The location of the hotel is also a positive, as it is within walking distance of Zaan Train Station and there is a supermarket nearby.

We loved the clean and spacious rooms with a nice TV and excellent bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located just across the railway station, making it easy to explore Amsterdam Central and reach the airport. The hotel staff were very polite and the location was excellent, with a supermarket just a minute away from the hotel. The small fridge in the room was a great addition, allowing us to store our drinks and snacks.

The breakfast was a great deal for the price and the room was kept very clean. the location was fantastic as it was close to the train station with easy access to the airport and the city center. On top of that, the complimentary Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable.

The pillows were quite thick and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. the shared bathroom being connected to the bedroom made it difficult to sleep through the night due to other guests coming and going.
