We spent an unforgettable Christmas in a historic building that was beautifully restored. The service and staff were amazing, always helpful with a smile. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping areas and entertainment venues. We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, with free internet access and great food served by the hotel's restaurant.

The room showed signs of aging, with scratches, stains, and marks on the walls and furniture. The toiletries provided were low quality, and the bed was not as comfortable as expected. We also experienced noise coming from the street, and the air conditioning was quite noisy too. However, overall, our experience was enjoyable and memorable.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The spa & wellness centre was exceptional with exclusive amenities such as a sauna and steam room. The massage and beauty treatment were top-notch and the service from all staff was outstanding. The restaurant served delicious food and catered to special dietary needs. The location advantages were convenient for shopping and visiting attractions.

There was only one minor issue, the private facilities in the room were not that exclusive or special. Otherwise, our stay was perfect with great leisure/tv room and bar/lounge area.

The butler service at Sofitel Legend was exceptional. Despite a few missed calls, they were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness really made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel.
