I absolutely loved my stay at Citizenm! The hotel had such a cozy vibe and the staff were amazing. The 24-hour bar/lounge was a great place to work and the WiFi was reliable. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was so well designed. I was able to completely unpack and feel at home during my 7-day stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many points of interest within walking or biking distance. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Citizenm.

We had an amazing time at this venue! The location was perfect for us, being near the metro station and lots of nice restaurants. The service was exceptional, from the polite and friendly staff to the in-room amenities like air conditioning, in-room safe, iPad, and flat-screen TV. The bar/lounge area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. We also loved the leisure facilities like the TV room and free Wi-Fi.

our group's stay at citizenM was exceptional! The staff was friendly and resourceful, providing us with route alternatives during the NS strike. The rooms were clean and modern, with the ability to control everything from lights to TV through an iPad. The hotel's app made check-in/out contactless and convenient. We can't wait to visit another citizenM location!

Breakfast could have been better.

The location of Citizenm was unbeatable, with tram and metro stops right outside the front door and all the major attractions within a short distance. The self check-in and check-out process was a breeze, saving time and hassle. The bed in my room was a huge king bed and provided the best sleep I've had in a while. the hotel had a comfortable and cozy vibe, just as I remembered from my previous stay.

The complementary bikes and breakfast were great additions to our New Year stay. the location was perfect as it was very convenient to get around the city from our hotel. we really enjoyed the quirky decor throughout the hotel and the large living/dining area was perfect to relax in.

Our room was quite small and got stuffy at night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. we found it inconvenient to have to watch TV from the bed.

We had a great stay at this hotel with its convenient location, just steps away from public transportation to the Museum Quarter. We loved that we could easily explore the city while still having a quiet place to rest. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and out a breeze. citizenm in amsterdam was better than i expected. comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location. loved the technology and how everything was controlled with an ipad. definitely my favorite hotel so far!

Great location near Amstel River. Efficient, clean, and beautifully designed rooms with in-room workspace, storage space, and fast Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed with nice linens, towels, and pillows. Highly accommodating staff who were friendly during check-in/out and provided clear iPad controls. Inventive cocktails available at a well-decorated lobby bar.
