No tea or coffee facilities in the room and difficulty in contacting reception for inquiries.

The staff was friendly and intuitive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern and comfortable, with great amenities like a canteen and computer area. The self-service check-in and check-out process was a breeze. we had a fantastic stay at CitizenM and highly recommend it.

The room was like nothing I had stayed in before, with a tablet controlling everything from lights to TV. Some issues with lighting, but staff were happy to help. The location was perfect, with tourist attractions all within walking distance. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Technology was unreliable, with the iPad-controlled curtains not always working. Experienced a water shortage on the last day, which meant the bathrooms were out of action.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great time at this hotel! Its location was amazing, close to lots of great cafes and restaurants, and we were able to explore the city easily. The room amenities were top-notch, with an in-room safe, TV, telephone, iPad, and comfortable bed. We also loved the bar/lounge area and the coffee/tea available in the lobby. The staff was super helpful and made our stay even better!

My Christmas stay was memorable and delightful. the hotel had a unique concept that made it very functional and stylish. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. I loved the lounges, which provided a refreshing atmosphere. the location was right in the middle of the city, making it easy for me to explore. What I admired most was the free internet, always responding fast and no complex sign-on process. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the surprising Christmas dinner.

One issue that disturbed me was the lack of space in my room. Half of it was occupied by the bed, making it difficult to fit my belongings.

Conveniently located by a subway station and iconic Markthalle, this cool and cozy accommodation offers modern, smartly designed rooms with elegant lighting, AC, and TV controlled through an iPad. A gym next door is free for use, while friendly and pleasant staff provide quick self-check-in and check-out. The cocktails in the bar are worth trying.
