The hotel was well situated close to the train station and a short walk from the Nieuwmarkt. Good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing. Excellent location close to Centraal station and city centre.

The hotel's location was close to many attractions and it was easy to find. the included breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options to choose from. However, the WiFi was slow and had some connection issues. the lift was small and the stairs were steep, which could be a challenge for larger individuals.

Rude and unhelpful staff ruined the experience. When we arrived, our room was covered in dust and the receptionist was completely ignorant.
