We enjoyed staying here! The hotel is close to the train station and far from the city centre, but with the help of tours/ticket assistance, it is easy to get around and see the sights. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful, from the concierge to the manager. We appreciated the facilities, such as the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The room was spacious and soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's rest.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location at A'Dam downtown is perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the amazing views from the rooms are just breathtaking. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and the breakfast with very interesting options is included in the price, which makes it an even better value for money.

The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during Christmas time. the elevators were fast and secure, making it convenient to get around. the bed was extremely comfortable, providing a cozy and restful experience. the complimentary slippers and bathrobes were a nice touch, adding to the comfort of the stay.

The breakfast options were limited, as we had to order instead of having a buffet to choose from. This lack of variety made it difficult to know what to expect with each order.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the metro station right in front, only 4 stops away from the old town. Being so close to the train station makes it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are modern and spacious, designed with beautiful furniture and equipped with a see-through shower cabin that adds a touch of Amsterdam's unique vibe. The self-check-in desk and the lobby bar are great facilities that enhance the overall experience.

One small improvement could be made with the soap dispensers in the bathroom, as they didn't function well.

The breakfast selection was excellent and the room was modern and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially loved the unique shower and toilet room separation. we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the free breakfast, great coffee, and the convenient location near popular attractions. the room was also nicely decorated, which added to the romantic ambiance of our escape.

It was disorganized and we had to wait for over 30 minutes just to get our room keys. the poor organization and confusion definitely put a damper on our romantic escape.
