We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of a waterway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge convenience as well.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more variety of options available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even getting food for my daughter early in the morning. The hotel room we stayed in was dirty and the bathroom had other people's hair. The club room we booked was located on the 4th floor, but the club lounge with no toilet was on the 5th floor.

Convenient location- shuttle bus from airport, 10 min walk to train station, 20 min to Amsterdam. Friendly staff, lovely club rooms with access to club lounge. Complimentary fruit and wine for anniversary. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. efficient and seamless stay.

On the downside, we found parts of the hotel to be showing its age. Additionally, the hotel was a bit far from the airport, requiring us to take a taxi which added an extra expense to our trip.

The location was also convenient for airport travel.

The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful gift of an Aromatherapy spray. The location was great for exploring Amsterdam, with a short walk to the train station and a quick 40-minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal. The return ticket was also reasonably priced at €11.

The biggest downside was the musty bad smell in the toilet. It was quite off-putting.
