We stumbled upon a hidden gem called De Kastanjefabriek during our Europe trip. It was conveniently located on our route and turned out to be a delightful surprise. the hotel is a beautifully repurposed factory with a modern touch, and the staff, especially the young team, were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options and vegetarian dishes for my wife and son. the hotel also had secure bike storage and lovely grounds to explore. it was excellent value for money and a perfect stopover.

The hotel had free parking and the breakfast was decent enough. the location was also convenient since it was near the river and forest, perfect for a winter walk.

The walls must have been paper thin because we could hear our neighbors talking and even snoring at night. It was such a disappointment as we were looking for a quiet Christmas holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel De Kastanjefabriek. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. The breakfast selection was great and the location, just a short walk from the center, was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.
