brilliant staff who go out of their way to help, and the in-house restaurant serves excellent meals at a great value. the location is very central, making it super easy to explore all the sights.

From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth made me feel at home. The cozy room had a charming vibe, and the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, perfect to start the day.

That said, the late-night noise from nearby bars could be intrusive at times. Additionally, the lack of complimentary water with meals felt a bit off, especially after a long day exploring Maastricht.

The lack of a proper reception area is a definite inconvenience!!! Also, my room needed better soundproofing from rowdy bars nearby!!!

The entrance feels confusing, almost as if you're walking into a restaurant!!! The noise from nearby bars can be intrusive late at night, impacting sleep quality. Further clarity on reception would improve the experience!!!

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right near the bustling Market Square with plenty of cafes and shops around. The room may have been cozy, but the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. A delightful surprise was the excellent buffet breakfast that offered a wide variety of delicious options. Watching the lively square from the balcony was a true highlight!

However, the bathroom was quite small and had an odd smell, which was a bit off-putting. On my last night, the service at the restaurant was painfully slow, leading to an unexpected late dinner. Another downside was the lack of complimentary water when dining unless ordered with wine, which felt a bit nickel-and-dime.

The location was unbeatable, right on the market square! Loved having the cozy cafes all around. Also, the room had a perfect desk to catch up on work during our stay. Not to mention, we were close to amazing shopping areas and a park.

Felt really like home, no complaints at all.

The kids loved the cozy room with comfortable beds and enjoyed the central location near the lively Market Square. We had delightful mornings with an extensive breakfast, which was a hit with the whole family, especially the fresh pastries.
