I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to get to and from. The staff provided excellent service and were always available at the 24-hour reception. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the free toiletries were of high quality.

The room was cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. the bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. the breakfast had a lot of choices to suit different tastes and preferences, and there was even fresh orange juice available. the hotel is situated in a central location, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot.

The scrambled eggs were cold and the boiled eggs were hard, which was a bit disappointing. the design of the hotel wasn't quite what we expected, and some of the decor felt a bit outdated.

We were initially placed in a room without power, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a different room. Despite this hiccup, our stay at Designhotel Maastricht was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the train station and a short walk to downtown. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
