I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a fruit platter upon arrival and a welcome drink at the historical pub. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful church and palace, giving me a true old town feel. It was also conveniently located near Dam Square, just a short walk from the central station and close to a big supermarket and all the major shopping centers.

We absolutely loved staying here! This venue is right in the city center, making it the perfect location to explore the city by foot. Besides the great location, the service here is truly amazing. From the cleaning staff to the manager, everyone went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to attend to every request. Not to mention, the room amenities were top-notch with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, with great service in a perfect location.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location with several attractions just a stone's throw away, such as Dam square and the Centraal station. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were delighted with the complimentary croissant and coffee on the first day.

The bathroom planning was a bit awkward with a small step to stub one's toe on, and the metal rods to hang towels were difficult to manage.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation via the tram right outside. I could get anywhere in the city within minutes. The hotel itself had all the facilities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a stylish room with a great selection of TV channels. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel even provided free coffee and a croissant if I didn't want to have the full breakfast. a fantastic experience.

The breakfast was satisfying, with a fantastic coffee machine. The dining room had a beautiful 19th-century tile frieze. The staff were immediately helpful when one of us got injured. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and transportation. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a coffee and tea pot.

The room was quite small, making it a bit uncomfortable to move around with more than one guest. the noise level from outside was louder than expected, making it a bit difficult to sleep at night.
